Dear business partners,
We would like to inform you that, on 1 January 2022, the company CZ-CARBON PRODUCTS s.r.o. with its registered office at U Přivaděče 1296/5, Černice, 326 00 Plzeň, ID 617 77 854, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Pilsen, file number C 5878, was dissolved as a result of a domestic merger with the successor company FAIVELEY TRANSPORT CZECH a.s., with its registered office at U Přivaděče 1315/3, Černice, 326 00 Plzeň, ID 252 13 423, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Pilsen, file number B 652. Details of this merger can be found in the Project of Merger published in the Commercial Register.
As a result of this merger, CZ-CARBON PRODUCTS s.r.o. ceased to exist and all its assets, including its rights and obligations, receivables and liabilities arising from business and contractual relations, were transferred to FAIVELEY TRANSPORT CZECH a.s., as the universal legal successor of the merging company CZ-CARBON PRODUCTS s.r.o. The legal successor company has taken over all business and business activities of CZ-CARBON PRODUCTS s.r.o. in its entirety and will continue to do so. All employees of CZ-CARBON PRODUCTS s.r.o. have also transferred to the legal successor company, the performance of contracts concluded by this company is not disturbed in any way and continues in line with the agreed dates and under the agreed conditions.
In view of the above, starting from 1 January 2022, we would like to ask you to update your information systems with the relevant changes in identification and tax documents and other documents (orders, contracts, etc.), as well as to direct and issue all business correspondence to the legal successor company and with the identification data below.
