hereby announces in accordance with provision of section 529 par. 1 of Act no. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, that on 2. 10. 2020 the sole shareholder of the company, based on him exercising powers of the General Meeting, made the decision on the conversion of all paper shares of the company into book-entry securities, whereas this information was recorded in the Companies Register managed by the Regional Court in Pilsen on 2. 10. 2020. This decision was made in the form of the notarial deed written by Mgr. Martin Říha, the notary public in Pilsen under number N 829/2020, NZ 1376/2020, and it is kept in the file of documents of the Companies Register managed by the Regional Court in Pilsen under number B 652/SL114/KSPL.
The company hereby invites the sole shareholder of the company to submit his paper shares to the company within 6 months from the date of publication of the decision of the sole shareholder in the Commercial Journal. When submitting his shares, the shareholder shall inform the company about the number of account in the Book-entry Securities Register managed by the Central Securities Depository Plc. to which the shares of the company shall be registered.
