At the beginning of January 2021 we expanded the machinery park with a new CNC AXA 3000 VSC 2 vertical machining centre with NC rotary table and Heidenhain TNC640 control system, which enables machining parts up to the length 3000 mm. The machine will be used for machining weldments, namely lower arms of pantographs as well as trolleybus collector rods and shaped castings for pantographs heads. The original machine will be used as a backup for the new machine, for machining parts of electro-mechanical devices and possibly for covering peak times in production.
